We always endeavour to respond to your complaint as quickly as possible. The actual processing time for a complaint depends on the complexity or the need to involve third parties (e.g. an external service provider). In principle, we endeavour to respond within 2 weeks at the latest. Once processing has been completed, you will receive a comprehensive response to your complaint.
If this is not possible within the usual processing time, you will receive an interim message in which you will also be informed when the processing of your complaint is expected to be completed.
